    Baku celebrations of the National Independence Day and 25th anniversary of starting diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

    On November 25th 2017 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Baku organized a Chopin music concert by professor Agnieszka Przemyk-Bryła to commemorate the 99th anniversary of regaining the Polish independence as well as the 25th jubilee of starting Polish – Azerbaijani diplomatic relations.


    The concert,  consisting of the most beautiful Chopin masterpieces was held in a prestigious venue of the Azerbaijani Composers’ Union and was honored by the presence of numerous representatives of Azerbaijani authorities, Polish community in Baku, member of the diplomatic corps – including many ambassadors; and people of the world of science and culture. Over 70minutes long concert finished with a standing ovation and the pianist long afterwards  accepted the expressions of appreciation and admiration. The concert was followed by the cocktails given by Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Baku Marek Calka.


    On the day before the concert, November 24th , professor of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Mrs. A. Przemyk-Bryla  conducted a series of piano workshops for the students of Baku Music Academy; the workshops enjoyed a considerable popularity among  Academy’s students and tutors .
